York Avenue is in the Victorian part of Hunstanton. It is a small street, residential, with a corner shop, a few blocks (1- 3 minutes) from the town centre and from the beach (promenade/green). 

Our house dates from 1924. It is a bit of a tardis: it looks very small but has a sitting room, a dining room, a large kitchen, 2 toilets, 1 bathroom, 3 bedrooms, patio, small back garden.
